Google Sheets ও Drive

Google Drive

Authorized office staff open Amar Sonod → Settings → Google Sheets & Drive.
- ২
Staff connect Google. Consent shows only the scopes listed below; Settings then shows the connected email.
- ৩
Amar Sonod creates a register Sheet and PDF folder under drive.file — not full Drive access.
- ৪
On application submit, Amar Sonod appends a register row to the office Sheet.
- ৫
On approval, Sheet updates and Bangla/English certificate PDFs upload to the Drive folder.
Minimum Google scopes
Amar Sonod requests only these scopes — the minimum needed. Per Google's least-privilege guidance we use non-sensitive drive.file instead of sensitive spreadsheets. We do not request Gmail, full Drive, Contacts, or broad spreadsheet access.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.fileCreate the office certificate register Sheet and PDF folder; append/update rows via Sheets API on that app-created file; upload approved certificate PDFs. No full Drive access and no broad spreadsheets scope.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.emailShow which Google account is connected in Settings.
openidStandard OpenID Connect identity for the OAuth sign-in flow.
Appropriate data access & Limited Use
Google user data obtained through these scopes is used only to provide the Sheets register and Drive PDF features described here. We do not use Google user data for ads, sell it, or transfer it to unrelated third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
